Mt Veeder Stewardship Council Letter to Napa County Planning Commision, March 27, 2014
    The Council enumerates the flaws in the review and approval process for high water use projects due to unsubstantiated water availability, and voices its objection to the continued approval of high water use projects using these flawed processes.

   Prepared by The Napa County Groundwater Resources Advisory Committee (GRAC). A final report and presentation on the GRAC's recommendations was provided to the County Board of Supervisors on April 8, 2014. The meeting was attended by citizens who protested the adoption of the WAA (Water Availability Analysis) provision of the report.
